Zinoleesky, the Nigerian singer, has released ‘Nostalgia’ – his first track under his newly unveiled label Zinodict Music.

The ‘Celine Dion’ hitmaker dropped the nearly three-minute song on Friday across all streaming platforms.

A check by This paper confirms the track was released under Zinodict Music, not Marlian Records, signalling a new phase in his career and suggesting he has quietly parted ways with the label, which is owned and managed by Nigerian singer Naira Marley after six years.

Produced by AJ Productions, ‘Nostalgia’ finds Zinoleesky delivering romantic lyrics in his signature style, alongside a boastful nod to Africa’s richest man: “I get money like Dangote”.

The release follows speculation in November 2025 of a rift between the singer and Marlian Records. At the time, Zinoleesky dismissed the rumours and reaffirmed his loyalty to the imprint.

Born Oniyinde Azeez, Zinoleesky found his love for music during his adolescence, initially venturing into freestyle rap. However, his breakthrough came in 2017 when his videos gained viral traction online, propelling him to popularity.

He signed with Marlian Records in December 2019, gaining attention with his debut EP ‘Chrome Eccentric’ that same year.

He released ‘Grit & Lust’ (2022), featuring Omah Lay and Ayra Starr, as well as his debut album ‘Gen Z,’ which dropped in April, 2025.
