‘Reel Love’, a film co-produced by Timini Egbuson, the Nollywood actor, is set to premiere in cinemas nationwide on February 14.
The film, whose trailer was unveiled on Wednesday, was co-produced by FilmOne Studios and directed by Kayode Kasum.
‘Reel Love’ is a heartfelt romantic drama that beautifully explores themes of love, culture, and storytelling.
The film explores the tale of a love triangle, resilience, and the beauty of embracing life’s unexpected journeys.
The cast members include Timini, Funke Akindele, Dakore Akande, Muyiwa Ademola, Shaffy Bello, Bimbo Ademoye, Efa Iwara, and Atlanta Bridget Johnson.
Other actors are Hermes Iyele, Lillian Afegbai, and T.J. Omusuku, who makes her debut in the lead female role.
Kasum has previously worked with Timini on acclaimed projects like ‘Ajosepo’, ‘Something Like Gold’, ‘Dwindle’, and ‘Ponzi’.
Speaking about the film, Timini said the project is “deeply personal to me, marking an exciting new chapter in my career”.
“I am incredibly proud to bring this story to life with such a talented team,” the actor said.
