Emeka Rollas re-elected to serve fresh 3-year tenure as AGN president
Emeka Rollas, Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) president, says a shard of glass was stuck in his head for 19 years.
Rollas shared a testimony during the recent session of the New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations (NSPDD) by cleric Jerry Eze.
The 51-year-old actor revealed that he was involved in a helicopter accident in 2006, which caused him a head injury.
He said that after his medical treatment following the accident, a piece of glass remained stuck to his head for almost two decades.
The filmmaker said he refused to go for surgery on the injury “because I was scared”.
Rollas said recently he started to join the prayer sessions by Eze, asking God to remove everything that is anti-God from his body.
He, however, said the piece of glass dropped off his head on a day he was having dinner with his family.
“I have a piece of glass right inside my scalp here, just on the scalp as a result of an accident, a helicopter accident. After treatment, some pieces of glass were left within the scalp, and over time, it will react and then go back again,” he said.
“Sometimes I’ll be advised to go for a minor surgery to get it removed. But because I’ve had about four surgeries on health issues, I usually get scared. But very recently, I began to put it in prayers.
“So each time, Pastor Jerry will say, this communion is for anything that is not of God, that is inside you, should be flushed out.
“I key into that particular statement during the communion. And then, sometime last month, I began to feel a bulge just by that side of my scalp.
“After some days, I started noticing a very sharp opening, like I would feel a piece of glass. I started telling myself, it’s like this glass wants to come out.
“I went to the hospital, the doctor checked it and then told me that she couldn’t see anything like a piece of glass, but she’s just feeling that there’s a boil up there.
“And I told her, no, that I don’t have a boil. I explained to her that I had an accident years ago, and this is how I feel at this moment.
“And then I came home one evening, I was just about to take dinner with one of my kids, and I rubbed my head, and all of a sudden, the piece of glass just fell off and fell on the dining table. And this is here, so tiny glass, but it has been here for 19 good years.
“I want to thank the Lord for this miracle. I want to thank Pastor Jerry, let the oil on your head never run dry.”
