Nathaniel Bassey, the Nigerian gospel singer, has celebrated Sarah, his wife, on the occasion of their 13th wedding anniversary.
In a recent X post, the ‘Wonderful Wonder’ hitmaker shared loved-up pictures of himself and his wife in matching traditional outfits.
Bassey accompanied the post with a playful note reflecting on their journey together.
“13th April, 13 years, 13 kisses and more. Kiss me again. Because of the love & kisses of Jesus, we still kiss today. Thank You Lord for 13 ! Happy anniversary babe,” he wrote.
Sarah, on her own part, in an Instagram post, expressed gratitude to God for their union, while adding that she was so “grateful”.
“Thank you Lord for how far you have brought us, I am so grateful. Happy anniversary to us babe @nathanielblow,” she wrote.
Bassey and Sarah tied the knot in 2013, and the couple is blessed with two children — a son and a daughter.
Bassey is a pastor, trumpeter, and songwriter popularly known for his songs ‘Imela’, ‘Onise Iyanu’, and ‘Olowogbogboro’.
He has established himself as one of the prominent gospel ministers in Nigeria.
In October, he recounted the period his wife suffered five miscarriages while he was leading the Hallelujah Challenge.
