T Pumpy Concept Limited has congratulated Nigerians at home and in the diaspora on the new year, reaffirming its commitment to affordable land ownership across the country.
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the firm, Mr Akintayo Adaralegbe, stated this in a New Year message made available to journalists in Abuja on Thursday.
Adaralegbe said the company appreciated its clients and subscribers, noting that their confidence had driven growth and steady delivery across its estates nationwide.
He said the real estate firm had, in recent times, expanded operations in key locations, including Katampe Extension, Karsana Extension, Apo Gude and Guzape in Abuja, as well as other areas.
According to him, the developments reflect the company’s goal of making land ownership accessible to Nigerians.
“Many of our subscribers have achieved their dreams of owning land and homes through our flexible and affordable payment plans,” Adaralegbe said.
He added that the firm’s 60 per cent Magic Promo was still ongoing and had enabled many Nigerians to acquire land in Abuja, Ilorin in Kwara State, Ibadan in Oyo State and Ekiti State.
Adaralegbe said the promo would run until January 7, urging interested Nigerians to approach any of the company’s branches for details.
He said T Pumpy Concept Limited would continue to expand access to genuine and affordable land as part of efforts to complement government initiatives to reduce Nigeria’s housing deficit.
The chief executive also assured subscribers that all necessary government approvals had been obtained for ongoing and planned developments.
“No blasting or related operations will be carried out without full regulatory compliance,” he said.
